"Small steps for mankind"

Dhan nirankar ji...

You stand at a crossroads of paths awaiting a sign
Right or wrong it cannot be undone, its under lined
Behind you the past is consigned to your history
Ahead of you is shrouded in mist, a dark mystery

A choice to the left, another right but minds adrift
You are in the present, treat it as the Lords gift
Forget all, begin anew, treat strangers and family alike
We are children of One Father, why fight or dislike?

Keep on the right path and things will workout
Time awaits no one if we stay still and hangout
The world changes fast and we are left far behind
A prisoner of our indecision, our future undefined

Unless we take small steps forward for mankind
How can we reach the moon or peace refine?
Its not complicated an equation, just do the maths
Don't stand waiting forever at the crossroads of paths

Progress may be slow, stumbling, keep momentum
The way of truth is not easy, difficult to overcome
Gain priceless rewards of peace, happiness, contentment
Open your eyes to signs before it ends in resentment

Baba Ji removes veils of ignorance, colour and caste,
Shackles of hate broken our inner beauty is unsurpassed
Avtar asks my Guru, forgive my sins, cleanse my inner soul
Mould me into thy servant so I may play my destined role

"A Simple Thought"

Dhan nirankar ji....

The following paragraph is very simple yet so affect and true. It's simplicity should not in any way conceal its power:-

READ THE FIRST LINE SLOWLY

If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
In happy moments, praise God.
In difficult moments, seek God.
In quiet moments, worship God.
In painful moments, trust God.
Every moment, thank God.

humanity

Gurudwara"s gate opned for muslims on Eid due to rain in uttrakhand....
Proof of god is one nd humanity
MOST INSPIRING & UNIQUE EXAMPLE OF BROTHERHOOD "
" 800 Muslims in Joshimath, Uttaranchal offered Eidgah Namaaz in the local Gurudwara! Joshimath doesn't have a mosque and Muslims generally offer prayers in the open. This year it was raining heavily, making it impossible to offer prayers in the open! The Sikhs invited Muslims to offer prayers at the Gurdwara. This act of brotherhood by the Sikhs, allowing Muslims to pray at the Gurudwara and the responsiveness of the Muslims for accepting the Gurudwara as the venue for offering the most holy prayers is commendable. Please broadcast this so that the world can know of this unique act of unity and brotherhood!"...Source of Info: Holy Mother Pujya Mata ji...Sharing very Humbly..Pali Noor.

"Fear of god stops enmity"

Dhan nirankar ji.....

Where there is love and wisdom,

There is neither fear nor ignorance.

Where there is patience and humility,

There is neither anger nor annoyance.

Where there is poverty and joy,

There is neither cupidity nor avarice.

Where there is peace and contemplation,

There is neither care nor restlessness.

Where there is mercy and prudence,

There is neither excess nor harshness.

Where there is the fear of God to guard the dwelling,

There no enemy can enter.

Message of His Holiness Nirankari Baba ji on Mukti Parv:-

Sadh Sangat ji prem se kehna dhan nirankar ji.
1. I returned back from UK last night after my departure on 27th July, after NIS . NIS was held with a view to take the message of Oneness a little further and couple it with Olympics where 204 nations had gathered to compete in Olympics.
2. Right from the start, on 28th July many events were organised, about which I will speak about next week, when a special congregation is to held to celebrate NIS.
3. Today we are celebrating Mukti Parva, when we remember shahenshah baba Avtar Singh Ji and other saints who contributed to the glorious history of the mission by spreading the message of one god and oneness across the country and other parts of the world.
4. Ever since pre-independence days when the message of god knowledge was initiated from peshawar and cities, this message has come a long way to its journey in London as NIS.
5.Man gives a lot of importance to his false identities, which become a cause of hatred and wars. The identities of caste, religion, colour and country have always created differences among mankind. and this identity can only be diluted and eradicated by knowing one's true identity, as in"Ek noor te sab jab upjaya, kaun bhale kaun mande".and knowing this truth is "mukti" or liberation of the soul.
6. The other liberation is that of the thoughts of man. Freedom from narrow mindedness, from ignorance, from intentions of hatred and selfishness.
This liberation causes mankind to exist with each other in love and understanding. This way mankind is led to the thought of "manush ki jaat sabhe ekay pehchanbo".
7. We also heard about saints and holymen from the mission's history who contributed to the spiritual facet in its true and meaningful way by eradicating ignorance of men. Days like this give us a path to tread on the path of bliss and glory.
8. Man has brought forward many a ways like education and money and power , to bring happiness and peace around the world. No doubt all of this are important at their respective levels, but the true bliss and revelation is the only knowledge that can bring eternal happiness in our lives.
9. So saints always awaken man from his long deep slumber. And only those who are awakened, can awake others, as they know that sleep of ignorance is a big loss, loss of precious moments endowed upon us by the almighty.and if a soul is emlightened, it gains glory and is able to provide value to its existence.
10. Even today, saints are in the process of awakening the world by holding many samagams and Sangats, so that man may lead his life by felling walls of hatred, jealousy and narrow mindedness.
11. NIS has also contributed in a number of ways on this path of awakening. And in a few months, we will also be a part of annual samagam.
12. May lord bless all to walk on the path of benevolence and charity , of god knowledge, sharing festivals with unity and brotherhood. So that man may live in harmony and peace.
Dhan nirankar ji.

"Written on every leaf"

Dhan nirankar ji......

In this world full of hatred, despair and destruction
At every opportunity we are eager to hurt one and other.

Where are the smiles, the joys and happiness?
The feeling that we are all sisters and brothers.

We have made it our goal to divide mankind
To fight all year around, January to December.

With pain as our target and anger as our arrow
But what is the purpose? Do we even remember?

With weapons by our side and tongues full of zest
Cursing our differences without any rest

We see a veil or a turban, a man with a cross
We choose to hate and despise, when really we are at a loss

Looking to build barriers really do condemn
Building bridges of compassion, we can choose to make amends

It’s easy to talk and to create a division
More challenging is the task of creating cohesion

So brothers and sisters stand up straight and tall
And feel which is love for you all

The message is so beautiful, it should be written on every leaf
Message is one of love, compassion and world peace
Dhan nirankar ji....

"Yahi dua hai...."

Dhan nirankar  ji.....

Gyan tera karm ho mera, juban pey sumiran yehi lagan ho,
Jevan yeh mera tujhe samarpan, maan na ho kisi bashar ko.

Agar kisi ko hasa na paaey, kisi ke dil ko na thes pahunchaey,
Aman ho chaaron aur Romy vair na ho kisi bashar ko......

Always say a prayer....

Dhan nirankar ji.....

There's work to do, deadlines to meet.
You have no time to spare.
But as you hurry and scurry...
Always Say A Prayer.
In the midst of family chaos,
"quality time" is rare.
Do your best; let God do the rest.
Always Say A Prayer.

It may seem like your worries
are more than you can bear.
Slow down and take a breather...
Always Say A Prayer.

God knows how stressful life can be,
and he wants to ease your cares.
He'll respond to all your needs...
Always Say A Prayer.

Today I'm saying a little prayer
that God will send a smile to you
and send you special blessings
through everything you do.

"Simran"

Dhan nirankar ji....

Simran comes from the word "Smaran" which in Hindi means remembering is to actually feel the words and remember God at all times. Mahatma Ghandhi said, "Prayer needs no speech." Doing this can help us tremendously by making the right choices, taking the path of righteousness, attaining bliss, detachment from the materialistic world, liberation, a feeling of safety, washing away or sins, destroying our ego, anger and other such evil things, without any more cravings or wants; and ultimately becoming a fully God-realized person and a true devotee. Like it says in the Avtar Bani, "The one who remembers the Formless, always has a glow on his face; The one who remembers the Formless, remains untouched by suffering. If you know Him and then pray to Him even once, He will Wipe out millions of your sins; But if one remembers the Divine Name given by the True Master, one gets liberated. The luxury and glamour of this world does not satiate one's thirst; But if one remembers God, there remains no thirst or craving. Those who are hued in the divine color of this One, enjoy the bliss; Avtar says, those who have realised this One, are the devotee saints of God."

Simran is also a way to communicate with God and to thank Him for everything.    All in all, Simran is one of the greatest tools we are given to accomplish many things in our spiritual life. One more quote by Mahatma Ghandhi, "He who has experienced the magic of prayer may do without food for days together, but not a single moment without prayer. For without prayer, there is no inward peace."
